Getting Started
We believe that healing occurs relationally, through being accepted when one is their fully Authentic Self. A common thread runs through wibeto: therapy, psychiatry, ketamine services all incorporate a heart-centered approach where we meet each individual on their own unique timeline and naturally go to only the places one is ready to go to.
Psychiatry
We only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Aetna PPO plans (not HMO); all other insurances, including United, Cigna, Medicare, and Medicaid, are out of network. Patients are responsible for reviewing their insurance benefits and handling expenses after the processing of a claim. While we are not responsible for informing you of your insurance benefits, we are happy to check your benefit coverage before your first appointment. Please send the front & back of your insurance card to billing@wibetopractice.com and we will be able to give you a more specific breakdown.
If you do not have Blue Cross PPO or Aetna PPO insurance, the total fee for the session is due at the time of service (sorry, we do not accept payment plans of any kind). Visits are billed upfront then upon request, our Billing Team will prepare a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

Ketamine Treatments
(Ketamine + Therapy Integration)
Ketamine treatments are paid entirely out of pocket, as insurance currently doesn’t cover this treatment. For ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), the full amount is charged upfront before each session, and a Superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement for one hour of therapy which is $225*; the second hour is not reimbursable. For further questions, please contact Billing through the patient portal or at billing@wibetopractice.com.

Find your out of network benefits
Call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your out-of-network benefits for outpatient psychiatry and therapy visits, where each psychiatry appointment includes psychotherapy. Common CPT codes to reference are:
Psychiatry Intake: 99204 + 90838
Psychiatry Follow-Up: 99214, 90833
Therapy Intake: 90791
Individual Therapy Follow-Up: 90837
Couples/Family Therapy: 90837 or 90847
Be sure to ask how much of your deductible has been met as well.
If your insurance is “out of network,” we do not submit claims directly - you can request a Superbill from us, which you will then submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement or credit toward your deductible. Please note, the session fee is due at the time of service. Many insurance companies may reimburse between 30-80% of treatment costs, though this is not guaranteed.
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Aetna PPO
Once established as a patient, if any changes are made to your insurance coverage, you must notify us in advance. Failure to alert us of changes in insurance will result in out-of-pocket pricing for subsequent appointments (which we charge up front).
PAYMENT: All major credit cards are acceptable ways of making payments.
There are no pre-consultations or free appointments.
Important Information
HOLISTIC CARE:
In order to tend to the entirety of the mind-body connection, we want to ensure you are receiving regular care from a Primary Care Physician / Pediatrician and a Gynecologist (if applicable).
STIMULANT / BENZODIAZEPINE POLICY:
We are mindful in prescribing stimulants (ie. Ritalin, Adderall, Vyvanse) and we have a high threshold for managing benzodiazepines (ie. Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin) medications.
Some people will require dual diagnosis or detox facilities to stabilize first (please consult with Positive Sobriety Institute).
HIGHER LEVEL OF CARE TREATMENT PLANNING:
If your provider determines that you require higher levels of care than what our outpatient office can provide, we expect you will follow through - this is out of care and concern given our experience in recognizing when outpatient levels of support are not adequate.
Some people will require higher levels of care immediately (please consult with Skyway Behavioral Health (adult only), Compass (programs for all ages), Plena (child & adolescent).
CHILD & ADOLESCENT APPOINTMENTS:
Yes, both parent and child are expected to be present at the first appointment (unless there are extenuating circumstances). We trust that the family system will naturally dictate what’s appropriate.
When you make an appointment with us, we reserve that time slot exclusively for you. As is common practice, we charge for ‘no shows’ and ‘late cancelations’ - patients must cancel before the end of the previous business day. This policy allows our practice to offer the available time slot to waitlisted individuals in need of an appointment. Cancellation/late fees will not be covered by your co-pay and cannot be billed to your insurance.
